Once upon a time, Joy & Ben had a dream…
The story of Kivision Group began 30 years ago, driven by a simple dream, a profound human desire: to feed a family, clothe our children, and build a secure future.
Our founders — Ben Pien and Joy Ting, a dedicated husband-and-wife team — embarked on their entrepreneurial journey and faced the ups and downs of building a business from scratch, eventually establishing the original business, Kiidream Global Consultancy, which is what is known today as KGC Inc. – Kivision Global Consultancy.
The turning point came with the sudden passing of Ben, right before the 5th Quantum Strategy workshop of JAASCOB, a non-profit Ben had founded. Following this profound loss, Joy passed leadership to their daughter, Vivian.
Stepping up to honor her parents’ legacy and uplift families and society, Vivian Morin dedicated herself to making the group a reality.
What began as initial support for Vivian’s vision evolved as she, her husband, and her younger sister came together to establish and operate the companies that comprise the group.
Today, this legacy spans international offices in Malaysia, Taiwan, and Canada, built on the firm belief that a business can thrive financially while simultaneously empowering its team members, clients, and partners.
